Vague Memories - Part 1

Hi there,

Still remember this blog's name....? You're right! It's called Vague Memories!

But what does it mean?

Still remember the equations: vague + memories = ? & ? = vague + memories

Have checked the English dictionary about these two words. Here we go....

The first word:

vague [adjective /veɪg/]

not clearly expressed, known, described or decided
I do have a vague memory of meeting her many years ago.
The patient had complained of vague pains and backache.

not clear in shape, or not clearly seen

well ok.......all we know what vague and memory mean but.......... what do they mean when put them together?

Christian Family Services Centre (基督教家庭服務中心) Older Adult Home Visits

Hi All,

The last two weekends I was invited by a friend of mine, working in Christian Family Services Cetnre (基督教家庭服務中心), as a volunteer photographer for a ceremony and older adult home visits.

The ceremony was about a newly fitted kitchen for charity purpose sponsored by Town Gas and other charity orgainsations. Groups of primary school students with their parents used this new kitchen to make cookies for the older adults. After the cookie making workshop, two visits of older adult homes were arranged. Those lovely cookies were delivered by those primary school students to those old people. A group of voulnteers from Town Gas also joined the first visit as well. Really enjoy - not only taking photos but also see the smiley faces.........
 
Although those cookies may worth nothing to most of people, they did deliver warm messages to those old people just before Chinese New Year and during such cold weather in Hong Kong.

Hope have another opporunity to join this kind of event.

Hand Craft Notebooks No.2

Hey guys,

Here is the 2nd round to introduce my friend, Dom's new creation on his handcraft notebooks. This time he has picked up a disused brown paper envelope from his office. Here are the photos:

This crazy Dom has also created a very tiny one as well. He has tried to reuse all waste materials........even a tiny bit can't escape from his skillful hands!!!!!

Also look at the paper scale ruler!!!! He made it......I just can't believe this crazy guy!!!! The workmanship.....what I can say....is bloody excellent!!! More photos.....
